The Winter Art Class started yesterday with 15 students. Despite our advertisements and immense help from the Hon’ble Opposition Leader Tshering Tobgay, the turnout of young artists for the 10 days Winter Art Class was was not very inspiring. Maybe the problem is with the students being engaged with many activities that are happening in Thimphu or maybe the parents are not very supportive when it comes to art. Whatever the reason may be, it didn’t stop VAST from going ahead with the Winter Art Class.
