Tandin Wangdi

I am lucky to have been inspired by and to learn from my father and grandfather, both great traditional artists. I like to paint in the traditional style, and depict subjects either from traditional art, like deities, or Bhutanese imagery- temples and landscapes. There is a unique beauty in them that I feel helps channel my own sense of being. I wish to pass on my knowledge and love for art to my children and future generations, just as I inherited them from my ancestors.
