Jigme Yoezer Thinley

I am 16 years old. I started sketching and drawing  when I was 11. Although my father is not an artist he has inspired me to draw. He once told me that a Rinpoche had mentioned that my hand can create things that people will admire- so he encouraged me to create art.

I joined VAST Bhutan in 2018 where I learned more about art. I am forever grateful to Asha Kama and senior artists of VAST for the support and love. My gratitude to Tashi Namgyal for coming up with the concept and having me share the canvas with him. I have learned and enjoyed a lot while painting these Atsaras.
